This cookie policy explains which cookies the website of Dr. Feldman’s Private Clinic SIA “KEFISS” uses, what they are used for and how a visitor can manage them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your choices and understand how the site is used.

Which cookies we use

Cookies are divided into four categories. The same categories appear in the cookie window, where you can switch each of them on and off.

  • Necessary. Enable the basic operation of the site — language selection, security and storing your answer in the cookie window. The site cannot work without them, so they cannot be switched off, and they pass nothing to third parties.
  • Analytics. Let us see which pages people read and where they leave, so that we can improve the content. We use Google Analytics 4; the IP address is anonymised and the data is aggregated rather than linked to an identifiable person.
  • Marketing. Record where a visitor came from — a search engine, an advert or a direct address. This is done by WooCommerce, the shop system of the site.
  • External content. The contact page contains a Google map. It loads from Google’s servers, so your IP address reaches them. Without consent the map is not loaded; the clinic’s address is shown on the page regardless.

The exact list, with the name, provider, purpose and retention period of every cookie, is in the cookie window. It always matches what the site actually sets.

Third-party cookies

The only third party the site exchanges data with is Google Ireland Ltd. — for analytics and for the map. Both work only after your consent.

The footer contains links to the clinic’s social media profiles. These are ordinary links, not embedded content, so no cookies are set unless you open them.

How to manage cookies

You can change your choice at any time — there is a “Cookie settings” link in the footer and at the end of this page. The window opens with your current settings, and saving overwrites the previous answer. If you switch a category off, its cookies are deleted.

Cookies can also be deleted or blocked in your browser settings. Please note that blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the website from working.

Personal data

How the clinic processes personal data is described separately — see the General Data Protection Regulation page.

Changes to this policy

The clinic reserves the right to update this cookie policy. The current version is always available on this page.
