Consultations at Dr. Kaspars Feldman take place on Tuesdays and Fridays. During the consultation, the doctor will evaluate the problem areas, discuss your wishes and the expected outcome, explain the procedure and agree jointly on the date and time of the procedure. - Pre-operative analyses
Health checks are required before surgery. The test results should not be more than 2 weeks old.
Necessary analyses:
Full blood count;
Blood biochemistry: bilirubin, ALT, AST, urea (Urea), creatinine
Hepatitis B test
Hepatitis C test
HIV test. - What to bring to the procedure?
Please carry with you:
a passport or ID card;
the test results in printed form;
slippers. - Day of procedure
The 3D liposuction can be performed in a general drug or local anaesthetic.
For safe procedure, please follow the following instructions:
not eat at least 6 hours before surgery;
do not drink for at least 2 hours prior to surgery;
arrive without cosmetics;
surgery in the morning do not use body and face care creams or oils.
After the procedure, you will be able to relax in our clinic, enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, and after the doctor will visit home the same day. - Recovery
When you go home, you will receive an extract with detailed recommendations on postoperative period and sparing mode.
After 3D liposuction you need to wear special compression linen:
2 weeks, day and night;
for the next 2 weeks only during the day.
Compressed linen is included in the price of the procedure.
After 7 days, come to the clinic for a control visit and transfer.
In order to promote healing and achieve maximum benefit, it is recommended to initiate a course of lymphod drainage and vacuum procedures (10 procedures) for 2-3 weeks after surgery.
